How can I choose my seat on Vistara?

Vistara provides comfort to its passengers in the form of different services such as in-flight seat service. In which you will get different seat options and choose your suitable option according to the comfort. The Vistara seat selection process is presently applicable for economy-class cabins only. According to the airline policy, the seat selection option in premium economy and business class cabin will be provided as a complimentary.  

If you are a member of Club Vistara, Platinum then you are allowed to enjoy the benefits and services without paying any cost, which is applicable to all cabin classes and fare families, but in case you are traveling on economy lite fares, then you may not get these services. 

If you are a member of club vistara gold, then you are also free to get access to these benefits without paying a single penny across all cabin classes and fare families ( Emergency Exit seats excluded) 

In case you do not select your seat at the time of booking or after booking, that is, during the check-in process, then the airline will assign you a seat automatically at the airport, and if you wish to change it, then you need to pay the price. 

How to select a seat at Vistara?

You can select a seat at Vistara during the check-in process so that you can go through the below written method, which is written in bullet points for better understanding.

• Open the official site of Vistara. 
• After that, click on the check-in tab on the panel.
• Now, you have to enter your booking references such as booking number and last name, then click on the check-in button.
• You will get the seat map option; select it, and the map will show you different seats in different colors; choose your seat, then click on confirm. 
• After confirming your seat, follow the on-screen instruction to complete the check-in process.  
• At last, get the boarding pass along with the seat number written on it at your official email address.

Select a seat at the airport 

You can select the seat at the airport kiosk machine that has been installed to help you in getting the seat number on your flight. 

• First of all, step towards the kiosk machine and enter your booking number, then your last name, then touch on the continue button.
• On the next screen, you will see the seat map , select your suitable seat according to your convenience, then tap on next.
• At last, confirm the seat and continue with the instruction displayed on the panel. Following that, you will get a boarding pass printed out of the machine. 
• On the boarding pass, you can see the seat number. 

What are Vistara seat selection fees?

The seat selection fees depend on the seat type you have chosen. In case you have selected the preferred zone seats, then it will cost you from 10$ to 15$. 

• If it is an emergency exit row seat, then it will cost you from 20$ to 30$.
• If it is a standard seat, then you need to pay from 8$ to 10$
